About the restaurant
Beer, which has the right kick, the mouthwatering smell of goulash wafting from the kitchen and the strict look of an old monarch peering down at you from his portrait hung above the carved bar paneling, that was the pub atmosphere nearly a hundred years ago, when people had more time to sit with friends at one table and over a couple of pints of Pilsner lager shared both their grief and joyful memories.
You don’t need to be nostalgic about the past time idyll portrayed in the paintings by Josef Lada, we promise you a vibrant restaurant where the old feel young and the young feel like they are in a fairy tale.
Švejk restaurant "U Pětatřicátníků" is the second largest restaurant in Pilsen. With its two floors, the ground floor accomodates 40 customers at the table and the upper floor 160. In the summer months you may appreciate a back garden with a capacity of 80 and a front garden with 15 seats. We also provide a projector on demand.
